Terms & Conditions

1) Divyansh jewel plan offered by Divyansh Precious Stones & Metals Pvt. Ltd. to enable description accumulates of Gold/Silver Grams by customers for their personal requirements. The plan enables customers to accumulate physical Gold/Silver in small quantities at periodic intervals though a “Monthly cost averaging” in Swarna Mangal Plan.

2) The plan is neither a financial product nor a deposit, but a method of accumulating Gold/Silver for personal requirements of the customers.

3) The transactions are made in good faith and under normal course of our business and under the general terms & practice of the jewellery trade.

​

4) Minimum amount of purchase is Rs. 500/- and can be increases in multiple of Rs. 500/- and service charge 20/- (one time) is applicable at the time of entering in to Silver contract.

​

5) Minimum amount of purchase is Rs. 25000/- and can be increased in multiple of Rs. 5000/- and service charge 20/- (one-time) is applicable at the time of entering in to Gold contract.

6) At the end of schedule period particular jewellery product (as per applicant choice) will be delivered provide against price to be decided by the company at the (Market Price).

7) VAT & Sales Tax will be charged as per Govt. terms..

​

8) If the company reserves its right to after add, modified our substitute the above terms without assigning any reason whatsoever.

​

9) The customer ought to produce the payment confirmation sheet and receipt at the time of purchasing jewellery.

​

10) In case of any change in the exiting lows, rules, acts, etc by any regulatory authority, necessary requirements as per the same will have to be fulfilled by the customers.

​

11) The company is the sponsor of the plan and reserves the right to suspend the plan at any time. In such an event, the member may purchase any items from the showroom that costs as much as the amount accumulated in his/her account as on that day.

12) The customers assume full responsibility for the ingenuity and correctness of all signatures, endorsement and declaration appearing on the application and the source of found.

​

13) DMJP reserves the right to reject any application or any ground for non compliance of requisite norms in event of rejection of application, DMJP will refund the advance amount received directly to the customers However, once the application is accepted the subscription amount paid by the customer under the plan shall not be refunded.

14) DMJP shall not accepted request for transfer or assignment of any payment made by the customer.

​

15) Customer shall provide self attested copied of acceptable proofs of identity and address.

​

16) Any disputes or difference of nature whatsoever, any claim, cross-claim, counter-claim or set off or regarding any right, liability, act omission or account of any of the parties hereto arising out of or in relation to this contract or any matter settled in Paonta Sahib HP Jurisdiction.

17) A self Certificate copy of the PAN Card of the customer shall be mandatory to be submitted with the application form in case the total subscription amount exceeds an amount of Rs. 2 Lacs is applicable at time of entering into the Gold/Silver contract.

18) Divyansh jewels shall not exchange, buy or replace the gold/silver piece (S) once it is sold and delivered.

​

19) The customer acknowledges that Divyansh jewels shall make Divyansh Jewels pure Gold/Silver available in the form of coins or such other shapes or form as may be deemed appropriate by Divyansh jewels and subject to being permitted under applicable laws.

​

20) Divyansh jewels pure Gold/Silver coins are sold to the customers and they shall not be used for further resale by the customer and or any other person acting for on behalf of the customers including but not limited to Redeemed/ Beneficiary.

21) The existence of a dispute, if any regarding any third party offers shall not constitute a claim against Divyansh jewels

​

22) Gold/Silver prices may vary across different sellers.

​

23) Any tax or other liabilities or charge payable to the government or any other statutory authority body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the customers due to provision, if any on the monetary value of the offer shall be payable by the customers.

24) Disputes, if any shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paonta Sahib (HP)
